Complaint Review: Extrememotorsales TGT

We are a small retail store selling atv's and dirtbikes. We ordered 7 bikes from this company and it took 6-7 weeks to get the product. And we recieved the product they were the not what we ordered. We ordered several different styles of bikes and waht they did is send us the cheaper version or the youth sizes instead of adult sizes and the order form clearly states adult sizes only.

Also several bikes had damage and they will not do anything about it. We have tried to contact them by phone and email and they refuse to talk to us. They have a Support center on their website where a person can talk to them if they have questions. I have done this and when they find out its me they disconnect and will not let me back on. So I am out of around $1000.00 and stuck with some bikes that are damaged and I cannot sell as well a couple products are junk. And I will not even attempt to sell those to anybody. I would suggest to people not to do business with this company to take their hard earned money elsewhere.
