5/6/23 Ordered $500 seat covers. Their site says they ship same day unless there is a problem and they will contact you.

 

Waited until 5/8 and emailed them is my product being shipped out? No response. 5/10 emailed again asking if they're still sending my order no response. 5/11 emailed them again no response.

 

5/11 called the business and they had no idea where my order was. I asked then to please retund my money. They said it would be refunded 24-48 hours.

 

5/13 email sent asking where's my refund nothing. 5/15 no communication or refund.

 

It sounds like this place is outsourced to another country when you call and they simply don't care once they have your money.

 

I just want my refund.
