There are other gas stations nearby with prices over 15 cents cheaper on regular unleaded. The oil price per barrell has reduced and their price continues to rise while others gas stations are dropping in price. All Exxon has rip people off with at least 15 cents and higher per gallon.

Who is forcing you to get your gas there? A Gas Station can charge what ever they want, if you don't want to pay those prices then take your business elsewhere.

I went to the store yesterday and they were charging 20 cents a pound more for steak than the store down the street. Should I report them here?
Simple solution. Buy your gas at the station with cheaper prices. If everybody does that, the higher priced station will be out of business in a month or so.
