Exzavior Neloms, Neloms Transfers LLC Exzavior Neloms Neloms Transfers, LLC Neloms Transfer LLC Sumner Transfers LLC Scam Artist. Does Not Pay For Services. Con Artist. Marietta Georgia
On 04/18/2019, my company received a phone call from Exzvior Neloms stating he was the owner of Neloms Transfers, LLC and that he needed 10 2019 Dodge Rams moved from a dealership in Griffin, GA to a dealership in Inverness, FL.
I will say that this transport did go smoothly. On Friday 04/26/2019, he stated that he needed another 3 vehicles moved. We had the vehicles picked up Saturday morning 04/27/2019 & had them delivered that night. When we got to the dealership we knew one was paid for and the other 2 were not.
Exzavior Neloms proceeded to tell us that they were supposed to pay and the dealership told us he was supposed to pay. Exzavior said that he would pay and to send him over the paperwork. We sent over the paperwork and it went unresponded. I called him again on Saturday and he said he was doing a million things and he would take care of it asap.
This invoice still has not been paid. The dealership went behind our backs and took the cars out of storage. Now we are out $1750.00. I have not been able to get exzavior on the phone. I proceeded to do a little research and found out that his company and him are scam artists.
They have done this to other transport companies before and owe thousands of dollars to different companies. When I looked up his DOT number his entity is listed as not active. It is not the money, it is the principal. If you are a transport company, stay away from Exzavior Neloms and Neloms Transfers, LLC.
You will be scammed. He is not a man of his word and he is not a good person. Total con job. I will be filing a police report with the local Marietta, GA sheriffs office as well as filing a small claim against him and the dealership both.
Once again if you are in the transport industry. Be aware of Exzavior Neloms. He goes under the business names Neloms Transfers, LLC and Sumner Transfers, LLC. Do Not Get Scammed Like I Did. He will tell you he is going to be moving 3-400 cars a month so he can get you to give him a good rate and then screw you 1 or 2 transports in. BEWARE.
