From the moment I walked in the door I had an uneasy feeling. This company was unprofessional. Even trying to explain to them that I wanted Aviator style frames was difficult. I finally pulled a pic of them up on the Internet just to show them.
They throw so many different pricing packages at you it seems to me as though they are trying to confuse you. From the moment I spoke to a representative i told them I wanted Aviator style glasses, with higher defention progressive lenses, the newest transitions, anti-glare, and anti-scratch. I couldn't have been clearer.
After being bombarded with several packages, NONE of which included all of what I was looking for, I finally insisted on pricing for exactly what I wanted. Once we agreed on a price I told them I had a Groupon the pricing skyrocketed. They are not only foolish to think they would rope me in with such nonsense they are throwing the seemingly good name of Groupon down the drain.
I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this organization.
