Complaint Review: Eye Glasses Depot

I ordered a pair of sunglasses.  I received an email saying they had one pair and they were broken and I needed to pick another color.  I told them to cancel my order.  They kept sending texts and emails for me to pick another color.  I sent back to all saying I wanted to cancel and do not want another color and to not charge my card.  I tried calling C.S and a guy answered saying, "ya" and basically I'm out of luck.  He said he is in India. The website says Brooklyn NY. Shortly after I receieved an email saying "Card was charged so its best at this time choose another color".  These are scammers so beware!
