 Yesterday I filed a complaint against Eye Noir - Skin Noir about their sneaky practice of sending free trial samples of their products (charging S/H so they have your card info), then automatically sending monthly shipments at $89.95 each if you don't opt out within 14 days. That info was not readily apparent on the trial websites, so like many others, I got caught into purchasing these shipments. After finally finding their customer service email, I sent them two requests to cancel future shipments. So far no reply. I then reexamined the packaging and found another Web site. In order to cancel, I had to call a customer service rep. The poor guy did his best to keep me as a customer, offering to send the next shipment free of charge. When that didn't work, he then upped the enticement to free product and 50% off future shipments, then after my saying "no thank you", he offered a whopping 75% off of new shipments plus the next month free. Unfortunately, I don't feel the skin care comes even close to producing the results the company claims. I especially did not appreciate having to talk to a live person to cancel, knowing that their job is to talk the customer into staying. Altogether, a time consuming and financial mistake.
