Complaint Review: Eye4LifePhotography-Alicia Morales

This page is dedicated to the truth behind Michelle Powell of Dallas, Texas. My family use to be friends with this photographer and even gave her jobs for our photography gigs. Afters years of friendship Michelle Powell took keys to a storage unit of ours, and took several items  with the intent on paying for them.

Many emails were exchanged back in forth thus providing proof that this person had agreed to pay for the items. When Michelle refused to send any payment of any kind she claims that she “Left the Couch Outside” because she didn’t want it anymore.  Keep in mind this is after the fact the woman went to Austin and got our items out of storage, and then drove them to her house in Dallas.

Later we realized that in addition to the Cantoni leather sofa that was stolen a box of camera lenses with Canon/Nikon lens was missing.  In addition to this a $1,200 Italian lamp came up missing after her visit.

Michelle Powell was a person that we use to trust.  My family step father, mother and myself respected her.

BE AWARE!!! MICHELLE POWELL KNOWS EXACTLY HOW THE LEGAL SYSTEM WORKS.  SHE WOULD KNOW, SHE IS A CONVICTED THEIF AMONG OTHER THINGS.

MICHELLE POWELL TOLD MY MOTHER THAT SHE WAS REPORTING THAT I THREATENED HER LIFE WHEN IN REAILITY I TOLD HER TO PAY HER DEBT OR I WOULD TELL HER SON THAT SHE SMOKES AND SELLS WEED MARIJUNANA.

This person claims that she got a protective order against us after she STOLE thousands of dollars worth of furniture our of storage and we were being threatening.

Michelle Powell knew exactly what to do in order to get what she wanted.  She is a snake, and she thinks she is smarter than other people.

The funny thing is that anyone that knows powellpictures.com knows this woman can’t even control what she stuffs down her obese face.

Honestly, it would be best for her child if the truth came out and she was exposed for who she is.

END RESULT: I COULD NOT FILE CHARGES AGAINST MICHELLE POWELL BECAUSE SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO SAY AND DO.  SHE CLAIMS SHE PUT THE COACH OUTSIDE WHILE I WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND I DIDN’T PICK IT UP. SHE DID THIS SO SHE COULD KEEP THE THING!!!!!!

THIS WOMAN IS NOT IN JAIL ONLY BECAUSE WE TRUSTED HER WITH THE KEY TO THE STORAGE UNIT.

A special note to our favorite person: I hope that couch breaks into pieces under your weight. You could never afford ANYTHING that nice in your ENTIRE LIFE!!! ENJOY this STOLEN furniture because it is the nicest things you will probably EVER own in your lifetime.

I bet if they knew the truth about you they would snatch your child away from you in SECONDS!!!

To whom this may concern,

  I am responding to the false report made by elizabeth whom i've never done business with nor have i ever been acquainted  by anyone with that name same goes for leslie.So i can't understand why someone would write these things about me.Michelle how can elizabeth come to your defense when YOU are elizabeth.I only ask this question out of concern...People can state what ever they want on the internet because it's free...it's quite obvious that this is not the place to be filing this because i didn't ripoff anyone and i've never done business with you.So let's start with some true facts since you think you no it all about my life,when the truth is you don't know anything.....

#1 chantelle is my full biological sister,see we both have the same parents so biologically that would make us sisters.gene and karen are my biological parents! i believe you met gene once and chantelle twice...so,what would you know???

#2I worked for boomtown casino location in harvey,la.Treasure chest casino located in kenner,la and was an entertainer at harrahs,new orleans...All three are located in new orleans.I moved to mississippi because the pay was better and my boyfriend at the time was living there.FACT:casinos pull credit,criminal history and residential reports from your social,they also scale FBI reports.no matter where you work in the world your history follows you...Not to mention i worked at andreas which it's almost impossible to get a job with him if you have ANY record...FACT:i've got ideas from all casinos including paycheck stubs,direct deposit slips,w2 forms and awards for my credentials working there.                                                                                                                                                                                                         
#3 the only reason my mother responded to you false statement is because she is so use to you slandering me to HER.so,out of respect for me she came to my defense and so did all my clients,friends and co-workers.See when people love&respect you they come to your defense. also,the amount of times you would call my mother,father,boyfriends and there parents i guess caught up with you...so i called your house and woke up your daughter...this was 10 years ago,i believe it was in response to you leaving a 23 minute message on my mother's recorded stating slanderous remarks about me..after all these years,she still has them all saved..lol

#5For one i dropped out of high school in the 12th grade because i couldn't take the ignorance of jefferson parish public school system...i got my GED and went straight to college.You dropped out of middle school and never went to college..at least i went to college and tried to better myself.it always seemed like you had a problem with me going to college...the only thing you didn't have a problem with was when i purchased a $27,000 mustang and put myself in debt,spent $200 at copelands eating 5000 calories a day,stalking your men together..because you always wanted me to go with you to buffet the cars and shopping...but when i became a vegetarian,got a real job,digressed in my talents,went to college and started a business from nothing...you had a problem with it.. i never drank because i've my serious illnesses with ulcers and it probably saved my life because i never got caught up in drugs and i do believe that is what saved your a*s too.  

#6Homeschooling my son?yes,for many reasons!Let's digress: for one the education here is poor,for two,i refuse to spend $10,000 a year for private school and three,my son was bullied everyday just like your kid...so i had enough and started homeschooling him.I've been blessed because my son is not like a regular kid..he is my best friend,confides in me about everything,wants to do homework now,enjoys learning and now ahead of the game..there is no more bullying(sorta of what you are doing to me) anymore...i will homeschool him untill he is out of highschool..it's not cheap but takes a dedicated person to do it.

#7 for you to file a fake report on me claiming you were a customer is completely fruit.You had nothing to go by,so you wrote that i have no creditionals..and that i use to be a stripper...so,what were your credentials when you started your business?ok,so your x-husband did it and you learned from him..But,what other credentials do you have?anyone can rent,buy or build a studio..like my husband says..any monkey can buy a camera but it doesn't make someone a photographer...anyone can get a business license,permit or tax id...the irs don't give a f**k who you are they want your money...anyone can register with the PPA.....so i ask you again what makes you a photographer??what gives you the gull to critique someone else's art?dreams?beliefs?Yes,i started on a nikon d200 that taught me the ropes about shooting..which is professional it's not consumer grade..and when i bought it the year it came out it wasn't the price you said it was...i wanted to ask you about things of the business but i knew it would result to this immaturity ..i know pro's that shoot with the same camera still..i don't use it now,because i've moved on to bigger and better.My sb-800's are $400 by themselves and there is nothing amateur about them..i did a photoshoot with megan fox's body double in june...did many food advertisements for 4 different restaurants that were published in gambit.I've never had a complaint from one bride or model...all my clients befriend me on my personal facebook page..i've been registered with all organizations have a tax id,LLC and i still ask you what separates amateur from professional?i've spent a total of $30,000 buying camera equipment,computers and editing programs..I did it all by working an honest ball busting job as  a bar manager at andreas...so,whats so d**n wrong with that..I also supported a man who wouldn't work,paid $2300 in bills and still saved all of that money to start my business from the ground up.I left andreas lastyear when he made me choose between photography,school and him...but i will say i made $62,000 a year working for him!!When i don't have a shoot i'm designing jewelry and painting on canvass and selling that...why put someone down for something they love doing...anytime i spoke with you about photography before i was ever in to it you always complained to me about how brides were picky and bitchy and wanted to much...i have all the credentials that any bride would want.it takes money to get them not talent......lol, you also compare how many proof books you have...why??? anyone with a brain knows a bride wants to see proof books...i've got all the proof they want are they wouldn't book with me...

#8 you say your a child of god? my dear,we are all god's children....you want to bring god up now..but,god would not like what you are doing now or what you have been doing...god doesn't like dishonest people!people change..you however bring up their past,exaggerate and try to break them down and ruin their character when you see they are doing good for themselves.On the ripoff report that was initially filed on your company and you was done by clients that you dealt with..I don't see ONE person coming to your defense!No family or friends...Your so dishonest you made fake reports using your friends names to file one on me.it's so false and fraudulent that when my father looked at it he asked me who were they complaining on because you couldn't even spell my real name.....

#9 ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION:if anyone can file a fake ripoff report and say what ever they want what makes you think anyone with credibility would ever come to this site...How would you like it if i filed under a different name a report about you posting listings on backpage,video or real criminal record in three different states now???when i went to file the complaint on you for slander you have several different people filing lawsuits against you...the police told you they don't want to see you in the state of Louisiana ever again because they say you are nothing but trouble. so if i were you,i would leave me alone!!I almost emailed you the other day about old times!but,you can't stop harassing me so i feel that you are still against me for moving on with my life and bettering myself...god has blessed me to surround me with loving friends,clients and a loving husband.do what god would want you to do????? michelle this is not what god would want you to do!!! if you make a negative response from a fake profile then we will all know you are not one of gods children. only satans child would write derogatory fake statements on someone when they see how good they are doing.If you want to fix this inbox me through email me,if not i've got no other choice but to continue pressing more charges.

I have been stalked,harassed,followed,hunted down by this girl for the last 13 years. All because i once told her she had acne on her face. She has had it in for me every since.

She use to call my house and wake up my daughter Lindsey when she was just a little girl. She would leave threatening messages on my answering machine all night long.

You do know what she does and has done in her past. At least i came clean with my past and told the truth.

The funny thing about it is she was right there next to me when i did it...

She thinks she can hide her past but the truth hurts and the truth will set you free. Like it did me.

She caused me to loose my daughter to her father for the lies she told him. She told him i owned an escort service. When the truth is we both of us her and i worked for one. The man who owned it also owned a flooring company and a strip club called the candy club. She files taxes claiming she worked for his company for 6 years. It is on record with the IRS. As far as her mother says about working at casino's like you said it was the in thing at the time. Working in Mississippi will not show a persons arrest in Jefferson and Orleans Parish unless it is a Felony. Her arrest and convictions were misdemeanor offences. Only felony convictions are shown out of state... I am so happy someone who knows her finally stepped forward to tell the people what she really is. She only wanted to start a photographer business because she saw her half sister doing it. Her sister went to my ex-husband to learn how to shoot a wedding. I also learned from him when we were married. Due to my mothers failing health i had no choice but to close that business. My mother took care of me when i was a baby i was very sick with heart trouble and asthma. It was only the right thing to do to take care of her in return. She had a blood infection sepsis. She came out of the hospital in a wheel chair after the surgery. It was her third hip surgery. 4 years later she died of renal failure. Another reason i closed the Art Photography by Michelle Dumser was for the simple fact i was in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I put myself in debt when i tried to open the business from the start. Once again i decited the best thing for me at the time was to close the business. She thinks she knows all of my business only because i told her only part of the real story my story. She has been a thorn in my side for over 12 yrs. now. As i said she hates me because i told her she was ugly and had acne face. Oh well life goes on ya know? Since then she has called,written,talked to,searched everyone of my family members,cousins,father,my ex-husband,my friends,my ex co-workers and even my worst enemy's. If she could reach God she would tell him too. I am the one who told her about this video she sends to everyone. She thinks if she sends it to people they will turn against me. She is out to destroy my life. I think she should have married my ex-husband instead of me. The two of them would make a wonderful couple. He is just like her he is out to destroy my life. The two of them are so obsessed with ruining,destroying my life. Only the devil can do such harm to one person. I know both of them are the devils children.. The problem is i have been saved by god when i was baptized at the age of 12.. The devil and his children can never take me to hell with them.. They both have caused me great grief in the last 15 yrs. They are both one of my many reasons i left Louisiana..... You are my angel to write this above, you know her like i know her. God bless you for ever. TO bad i was not convicted of showing my genitals to a policeman during my strip dance. If so i would have a criminal record like she does.......... There is one thing about me i will say in a cocky manor. Every time i was arrested for anything. I always get out of it why? Because i am one very smart woman that's why... I have no convictions of anything what so ever... And thats what counts when you stand in a courtroom they cannot use anything against you in a court of law if you have no convictions... I guess what that means is if i was so guilty in the first place. I wouldn't be getting out of every thing i was ever arrested for ever!!!!! My client Alicia Clare Morales is a victim of fraudulent ripoffreports.My client has been ordered to seize all rebuttals made against the accuser.My client has never been acquainted with anyone by the name of elizabeth or leslie,nor have these parties been a comsumer of eye4life.My client has proven to me that these accusations are false.My client Alicia Clare Morales is maintained a solid reputation here in jefferson parish.It's furthermore suggested that my client demand a retraction for the false statements made in her name.My client has writen documentation of the accuser slandering her name and business to her partner and prior clients that have consumed with eye4life.The statements made by accuser are without doubt proven false.My client Alicia Clare Morales is a victim of fraudulent reporting,slander and defamation of character.

My client Alicia Clare Morales is a victim of fraudulent ripoffreport.My client Alicia Morales has proven to me that all accusations in this statement are false and hold no credibility in a court of law.I order my client to demand a retraction.My client Alicia Morales has a solid reputation here in jefferson parish.We have ligitimate statements from witnesses that the accuser has slandered ms.morales's name and business on other sites with false accusations.We also obtained documentation of writen statements to ms.morales's customers from accuser.It's furthermore suggested that all statements brought on by accuser are false and are considered by louisiana state law to be slanderous.The accuser was never a consumer of eye4life and has no credit by law to judge my client.The statements in this letter are false.
