Jennifer Alves owner of eyebrow glam and esthetics should not be in business! After making an online deposit for a $500 service at the direction of an employee at eyebrow glam, I get to my appointment to be told by Jennifer that I needed a $750 service instead.

I told her I only booked the service at the direction of her employee to which Jennifer told me I was lying. I then told her I needed my deposit back to which Jennifer told me "I'll think about it" to which I told her again I needed my deposit back to which she said no. I then told her I'm disputing the charge with my bank to which she said "enjoy".

I then left and disputed the charge and the charge dispute was declined due to Jennifer giving them fraudulent paperwork stating I got services done there multiple times including on a date in October when I was in the hospital giving birth to which I gave my bank my hospital record as proof.

Jennifer also provided them a "receipt" of completion of service that conveniently leaves out the method of payment due to the fact there was no payment from me besides the $250 deposit.
