I ORDERED 1 pair of glasses from this company online. I included a note with the order to have someone call me before making glasses because I needed to be sure I had entered the prescription correctly. I called throughout the next day but only got their voicemail which I left message with. 

I received an email from them showing my order information but when I clicked on the link within the email, the order showed 2 pairs of glasses in the cart. I called again but only got voicemail. I left another message.

I TRIED to call several more times, each time getting voice mail.

So, I called PayPal with my concerns. PayPal put me on hold while they contacted Eyeglass factory outlet customer service. I was holding for PayPal, 4 or 5 minutes, when Eyeglass Fatory beeped in. I took the call from the customer service representative for Eyeglass Factory outlet, who immediately informed me he did not know why I was so crazy.

I hung up and reported this to PayPal, who informed me my money had just been refunded.

A few minutes later, I received an email from Eyeglass Factory outlet, informing me the order was cancelled and refund issued. Again, they included a link to view transaction. The link did indicate an order was cancelled and refund for cost of 1 pair of glasses issued. BUT, the cart now showed I had placed an order for 3 pairs of glasses.

I notified my bank, and had a freeze put on my account.
