Eyeglassesworld.com is blind to customer complaints. Rip-off! Dublin California
I ordered a pair of eyeglasses from eyeglassesworld.com. They sent the glasses with the wrong tint. When I contacted them, they agreed that they had made a mistake and promised to send glasses with the correct tint. Once my credit card had been charged, I never heard from them again.
They have ignored my phone messages, emails and letters. eyeglassesworld.com charges $5.00 for tinting and $40 for lenses. That should give you an idea of the value they place on their customers and their reputation.
