1. my husband went for a refraction following cataract surgery. all post-surgery exams had been completed elsewhere. The billed the insurance company for a post surgery exam then billed us for the refraction, which would have been covered by insurance if they had not double billed.

2. told me there was a $50 co-pay to have new lenses put in existing frame. actually told me and confirmed by a 2nd person. after the exam the lens price suddenly jumped to 79.12. Walked out. but they got to bill insurance. I went only for refraction because they said my old script was out of date. but they billed insurance for a complete exam, which I had recently elsewhere.
