I canceled the order and never even used the product, I even returned the sample eye patches unopened. I emailed them twice w/out response. I phoned several times and kept getting hung up on after they discovered I was complaining and demanding a full refund. I returned the product in the same box it was delivered and awaited my CC refund but nothing si I called again and she first said I didn't cancel w/in the allotted days after shipment. The shipment to delivery time was 9 days lol which is already past allotted time frame to cancel. Then she said she couldn't find any proof of returned product anyway and then I informed her of my receipt from the US postal service guaranteeing and confirming its delivery so she then said a refund wasn't authorized because I did not write a RMA number on the package which I was suppose to request from customer service, who kept hanging up on me. My purchase was a web-only offer which is not required to have a RMA # on package according to their website yet she (Customer Service Rep. Supervisor 'so she called herself' ,  Princess) explained to me that they could not recognize a returned product box w/out the RMA# written on box! I used their box and label to me! I just added tape to close it back up and told the PO attendant to return to sender!  How would they, for heavens sake, then recognize a package returned by any other means of purchase than a web-only offer? Are they serious!  This is robbery, I do not have my $78.00 plus original shipping, the product, or return shipping costs! For what I ask you,...the pleasant disconnections and disregard to my requests to speak to a higher level representative? I am not only sending this to the BBB but also to Colorado's Attorney General and my local district reps and my BANK so that they can alert to this scam and horrible business ethics from this company!   Adding that their site ensures a returned response to any customer questions within 1 business day from your email contact, which is a bold-faced lie, they have yet to reply to either one of mine!         Sincerely,   Brandi L.
