Complaint Review: EYEQ Infinite Mind

BUYER BE AWARE!!!!

DO NOT BUY EYEQ INFMIND!!!

The Sad part of this company is not one person there wants to resolve any issues. They just tell you to bad not their problem.

I ordered this product like a fool and found out that it was nothing but junk and did not get any use from it. It did not help one bit. I then called to return it as stated in thier instructions. I did what was requested but had an argument with them that it would cost $29.99 to return it. At that point the customer service rep told me to send it regular mail at no cost. Again scam to get you to do it! So I did. Now 2 months later I am being charged on my credit card $249.99 along with the $14.95 that was already charged. SO a total of $264.94 for something that I returned AND THEY HAVE. Something that I returned and they are reselling making double the money on a piece of junk!!!!

Because I did not pay the $29.99 that they requested I do I now have to pay $264.94 for something that I returned. Because I did not pay the high return fee to ship it back, I now can not prove I returned it to them!! THe Customer Service Department can care less and WILL NOT help to resolve it. My answer from Kristen and Raphel was go to the post office and ask them!!

What should I ask them??? The PO did its job and delivered the product back. The problem is EYEQ and their scam ability to lie and say they never got it. ALways put it back on the other according to EYEQ!!!

THis company is not out to help you or your children read faster or improve their skills. They are out there to take your money, waste your time and scam the public to buy a cd program that is not worth $5.00!!

Please take it from me, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT WILL NOT HELP YOU AND IT WLL MAKE YOU MISERABLE TO GET IT RESOLVED!

$264.94 for a computer program that doesnt work! DO NOT DO IT!!! RIP OFF! I have learned!

I have reported them to BBB and other buisness inormation sites as well. Hopefully if people who have been scamed to will post them, this company will learn its lesson on SCAM!!!!

EYEQ - IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF AND THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE NO CONQUENCE DOING IT!!!
