I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Eyesave.com and received notice that "shipment" would occur in 5 - 7 days. Clever wording to tell you that the item won't even leave the warehouse for a solid week, NOT take 5 - 7 days to arrive to you. Very slick and also not even needed - there's no reason any item should take that long to get in the mail unless it's on backorder, which this item was not.

They save they have a 30-day garauntee where your money will be "refunded" - they use that word on the website. What they really mean is that when you ship the item back, they will issue you a CREDIT on their site (after the 15% restocking fee).

When I called to demand my refund, as promised by literature on the site, the person at the other end of the line had the nerve to use the "yeahhhh, what we mean by "refund" is we credit it" - all of this even though their own policy specifies NO EXCHANGES. They eventually gave me my refund, but not until they tried to pull a fast one on me. Boycott this company.
