Complaint Review: Eyetensive

Eyetensive skin logistics on the same bill from Discover I was chared $86.95 for their product which I did not order. When I called to complain to them, they agreed to give me credit for $30.43but refused to give me full credit for the product I did not order and have not received. They claimed that when I ordered the free sample their web site showed that I must cancel in 15 days. I did not see such a statement on the site. I feel very strongly that I have been scammed or ripped off. Santa Ana California

I was charged for mercahndise that I did not order.  They offered the skin cream on their web site for free plus $5.95 for shiping and handling.  No mention was made of futute shipments.  When I recived my bill from Discover I was chaged $5.95 please $86.95 for product they say was shipped n Jan. 8.  I did not order it and have not received it as off January 22.  I am 85 years old and would never have ordered this expensive cosmetic.
