I saw an add which used many popular female celebrities as users of their product. I clicked on the ad which touted amazing success with their eye and face products. They offered free samples for $4.95 and 5.95 for shipping and handling. I clicked for the free samples on 2-7-15.

There was no mention of committing to an automatic monthly charge for each product. There was no mention of subscribing to a monthly delivery.

The products arrived in separate packages a couple days after I requested the free samples. There was a packing list with each but no information about subscribing to a monthly delivery, a monthly charge, or a way to cancel something I knew nothing about.

I tried the products a few days later. The tiny print on the tiny bottles said to use each twice a day. I applied the product as recommended. It stung when applied, but the sting went away after a few minutes. After three applications, my skin felt burned, turned red and the next day it started to peel. My skin is raw, red, pulled tight around the eyes and has rough bumps and skin peeling off. I stopped using the product.

On 2-21-15 I found two charges on my credit card for $86.95 and $89.95 from Eyelastic and VGI*Skinlogistics. I called the companies--both at the same address--to demand they return my money. The foreign customer service person read and re-read his script about how I had agreed to the monthly delivery of their product. He also said I did not call within the 14 day cancellation period! I had no idea about a cancellation period since I had not ordered anything. Even so, from the 7th to the 21st is 14 days.

For over half and hour of talking to the foreign agent and his foreign supervisor, I received no satisfaction except they agreed to cancel any further deliveries.

I have spoken with my bank and these charges will be considered fraudulent. I should get my money back.

Regarding the product. It is dangerous and caused severe burns, redness, bumps, and peeling of my skin. Buyer Beware.
