Orders for EyeVibe and SkinElements charging only for shipping, $4.99 and $5.99 on Feb 5th 2016, I found charges for $92.79 by Beauty Aurora Boutique listing tel 855-718-4120 NJ and a second charge of $97.83 by Hap'palaceadvanceskin 855-562-5194 NJ dated 2/25/16 and 2/23/16 respectfully.

When I called to enquire what the charges were for, they advised on both, same call were for Eye-Vibe and SkinElements,  my free for shipping items.

No addresses or names appear on either the  USPS shipping address nor, was a packing list enclosed.

Turns out you must return (where???) within 15 days or I would be charged.  This information apparently appears in fine print at the bottom of the scrolled down page (after long blank part of page, and in the HIDDEN terms you have to click on to see.

On my first call I was offered a pyament of only 50% of the product.  When I refused to pay that I was offered a return but with a 30% restocking fee!  (30% of a free product!) .  I refused and a "supervisor sent 2 REMAs referencing TWO ORDER numbers different from the two I was given on the original order confirmations and shipping notices!  That RMA email stated they would only charge a 20% restocking fee!

I requested  RMAs that matfcheed the first set of order numbers but got no reply.  No reponse to a follow up email on the 'errors'.   I thought the new order numbers were simply an error on their part but apparently not.  I then called for a correction.  They replaced the old order numbers with the new.  No understandable explanation.

But on this call I was offered and 10% restocking fee!

I am returning the product in the hopes of getting 90% refund less the shipping charges both to me and from me!
