Ordered special pair of sunglasses on July 4, 2013.  Seller insisted on up-front payment.  Sent my personal check and it was cashed and put into their back on July 9, 2014.  I never received the glasses.  First I was told the pair they had were damaged.  Later, I was told they were discontinued and I could substitute another style or color.  I continued to demand a refund.  Finally, I was abuptly hung up on after being told that "We don't do refunds".  Subsequent calls were ignored.  Emails were ignored.  Complaint to the BBB was ignored.  I now have complaints in to the Iowa Attorney General and the New York Attorney General.  If this cannot be resolved, I will bring legal action to sue for my money back.  I am hoping to gather up as many of us that have been victimized by this unethical, theiving company so that we can bring a full class action suit against them.  Hopefully, we can put them out of business. 

Mine is a very straight forward case of "bait and switch" techniques, forbidden in most states and definitely forbidden in interstate transactions through the internet.  EyeWear Town stole my money and I will keep fighting until I am fully refunded. 

We all need to stop the bad guys -- and these are some of the worst I have ever come across.  Their bullies will not intimidate me.  They stole my money - plain and simple.
