I ordered contacts from these losers on February 8th, 2007. I gave them contact info to confirm my prescription with my doctor. Three days later, "Joe" called and left a message to call Eyewear Giant because he needed information about my prescription in order to complete it. I called the customer service number and the recording informs you that due to high caller volume or calling after business hours you need to leave a message. I called dozens of times, no one ever answered. After 9 days, they send me an e-mail saying my contacts would ship in 4 to 7 days. Oh my god!!! I tried to call to ask them what was going on. Of course, NO ANSWER.

So I shot off an e-mail demanding they ship them overnight since they had taken so long. My mistake, they thought I meant at my expense. So they charged me a fraudulent amount to ship it overnight: $30.00 to ship two boxes of contacts from New York to North Carolina. After repeated e-mails (forget reaching them by phone) they were unresponsive. Don't ever deal with these people. I think it's some kind of sorry Mom and Pop operation that probably is run from some suburban basement. Go professional.
