Eyewearpros.com Eyewearpros Charged my credit card and never delivered my glasses Staten Island, New York

i ordered glasses from this companies website on 6/20/12. The webite states that you will be notified when the product ships, after waiting three days of waiting to be notified of the ship date, I called and left a voice mail ( nobody ever answers the phone number listed on the website). after a couple days I received a call back from a Jonathan S. he stated that the glasses would ship in a couple of days. After several more days, i emailed asking for a tracking number. I received a reply stating that the order would be shipped in a couple of more days. Guess what, never received a tracking number. After several more days, I emailed and requested that my order be cancelled since it had been over a week and I had not received the glasses nor could anyone provide me with proof of shipping. He refused to cancel the order as well as refusing to refund my credit card back. I have emailed several times since and each time I am given the run around by this guy named Jonathan. in short it has been 16 days since i ordered these and I have not received the glasses nor has my credit card been refunded. I have everything in email; should anyone want proof of the timeline and responses.
