I and my crew play an online Seacraft Guardian Atlantic game i put in enough gold to get the alliance going and we hit bases to try to get some alliance point well there game is defective did not give me out points so I messaged them and there giving us the run around not giving us our points... Proof I have. In the Youtube above link. All i want is 900 Alliance point owed i be happy with the company and for them to fix their game..

I lost my info cause my computer crashed i gave them as much info as i can to prove was my account but they refused to help me get my crew transferred to my co-leader. This company's game has a big resemblance, to the Classic days of kixeye,s Battle Pirates but with a lot of bugs. The customer service is terrible. To get help with they give you a runaround. I recommend to all don't waste your money playing this game...

Are crew has hit level 35 bases got op and was never awarded alliance points we are owed 600 plus points reported to customer service, and they just keep telling us same thing tech will look at it . Where is our points..youtube.com/watch?v=L-lePXWXe4c&t=7s
