I would not recommend using this company at all. From what I've seen, it's one man working the entire operation. Goes by James, and only uses the singular email address Orders@ezbankruptcyforms.com. I was happy with my purchase at first, being able to make changes and save it to my computer. But you can do the exact same thing with your states bankruptcy forms if you own a pro/paid version of Adobe Acrobat, or if you're good with torrents, it's free. After getting 3/4 of my bankruptcy forms filled out, I realized that some of my totals weren't adding up in my Schedule of Affairs.
By not adding up I mean a difference in about $100k dollars in medical bills. Also didn't have enough room to place all of my debts on the Unsecured Non Priority Claims. sent an email asking for additional room on the form, only got a reply saying I'd recieve it by friday end of the week. I'm now writing this 2 weeks after the fact and still have not received any updated forms. Many of the forms have previous years dates on them. This company is going to cause you A LOT of unwated trouble during your bankruptcy. They will tear you apart in court and you're going to be left holding the bill.
