Complaint Review: ez car rental

Mike Rashidi claims to be the manager of this organization, this was the most unprofessional experience of  my life. I have furnished a companywide emails, explains what an un-satisfactory experience we had and hence will no longer reimburse agents for rentals provided here or advantage. I rented a vehicle at advantage was given an easy car sales slip at the dfw airport. Upon return it was noted that there were extensive extra charges including insurance that was never authorized. Upon calling "mike rashirir" informed me that since i had already left toen he was unable to assist. I explained that i missed my flight and would like to come down and discuss charges and file a compliant. He became belligerent and told me he was the owner of ez car rentals and if i came down to make a complaint he would have me arrested.  because "you people always cause problems " . I dont know what happens at the dfw airport as afr as customers all I know is we will save 60k in reimbursements this year because, my company will  no longer use there services. If ts 3am wait until 7am to rent a legitimate car, from a legitimate company.
