Complaint Review: EZ Grant

I had no idea that I was going to be charged a $39.90 charge each month for this service. I new I had to pay $1.95 for shipping & handling but was not aware I was going to pay the monthly fee. My bank called me because I had otehr issues with similar companies to tell me about this charge. I was given the number to call and tey said they were not going to refund my money. I was sent to a supervisor and I spoke with Michael, e offered me $20.00 back and I refused and stated I would just file a complaint with my bank and he actually said, " so you are not going to take any responsibility for this and just go cry wolf to your bank". I was shocked and I even said to Michael, "wow that was harsh". I stated to him I have been in my community & with this bank forever and they know it is not like me to order such things. He then offered me my full refund. I went to rip of report and seen that their was a complaint for the same company and they did not have the number to call so I hope this gets to you and do not take no for an answer. Their number is 866-252-5735. I hope it is the same company because mine was Grant EZ not EZ Grant. Good luck and beware. I am overdrawn about $500.00 in my account because of these scams. If we are looking for grants what makes these companies think we can afford a monthly charge. It is all common sense. Make sure to read all terms & conditions and print out the main page where you sign up and print the terms & conditions.
