i was told my trial period would start in 24 hrs and that i would receive an email with a confirmation # and would receive a disc in the mail, after 6 days with neither i called and cancelled, 5 days later my credit card was charged with 59.95, i called to complain with my cancellation code anod was told there was nothing they could do, no supervisor i could talk to, no phone #i could call, only an address i could write to. this is a big time scam that people are falling for that is sponsered by google- who npeople trust-bcomplaints to google go no wherr
