EZ Music Downloads/Solid Solutions rip-off! Program didn't work froze my system up, slow download, refused refund. Internet
I went to the site and downloaded the program. It was hard to start and run,after shutting down, couldn't re-start my computer. It took 30 minutes to reboot and get online again. I tried to get a few songs and for 3 songs it took 45 minutes on cable!! After shutting down again it locked my system up and I had to remove the program.
I sent an email to support asking for a refund, they told me no and it was a legal contract. I disputed the charge with my credit card Co. and it was removed. 3 days later it was re-charged by Solid Solutions against me request with the card Co. Still waiting for reply via email from easymusicdownloads support.

After calling my credit card Co. they said they would take care of the refund, Solid Solutions could not refuse the refund. Last time I emailed Solid Solutions the response was "You agreed to a legal contract, get a lawyer." My answer, "Blow Me!" as of this date Solid Solutions has not put neg's on my credit like they said they would and have not re-charged my acct. They also have refused to call me back.
