EZ Own Auto Source does not comply with their Refund Policy. Due to financial circumstances, I returned a vehilce to them within their 7 day refund policy and was told that I would receive my refund in the form of a deposit to my bank account (I paid my deposit with a bank card) within 3-5 business days. It has now been more than 5 business days (the vehicle was returned on November 30, 2011). I contacted the salesperson who sugegsted I contact the corporate office and ask to speak to Susan. 

Everytime I call I'm told that Susan is out of the office and they don't know when she will be in. No one else in the office can help me. No one there knows what's going on with my refund. I followed the guidelines of the refund policy, returned the vehicle before the 7 days was up and have been patiently waiting for my refund. I've left Susan numerous messages  and I have yet to receiev a call back from her. What they are doing is not right and I would hate to see someone else go through the same situation I'm going through.

EZ Own Auto Source needs to refund me my money per their refund policy within the timeframe stated in their refund policy.

This customer's refund was processed as soon as the controller was made aware of the issue this morning. The customer notified us yesterday and left one phone message for our controller, who was unfortunately out of the office yesterday. Because there was a 1-day delay in processing this customer's refund per our 5 business day refund policy, EZ OWN Auto Source immediately refunded the customer her entire downpayment, waiving the standard refund administrative fee. We have notified the customer with our apologies for the 1-day delay, and we believe the situation has been sucessfully settled to the customer's satisfaction.
