EZ Scaffold Corporation ripoff, cheated me out of wages and commissions, bounced checks Lewisburg Tennessee
I worked for ez scaffold from may of 1998 until september 2002 as a sales rep. In july of 2002 they filed for chapter 11 protection. I files and law suit over my wages but they had a stay put on it. I sent a letter demanding the checks be may good or I would turn them over to the DA but that same stay stopped me. They are still in chapter 11 and and they owe me over $ 20,000.00 that I could use to pay my daughters medical bills, She as cancer and they did this while we where fighting to keep her alive. I want nothing more then what I earned and will take nothing less.
