Who is this elusive internet phantom and perpetrator who claims to be an industry authority and then acts as if he/she is judge and jury of so many modeling and acting companies across the nation? Nobody knows!! In fact, this individual goes to great length to hide his/her name and identity, just as the real scam artists of the world do who hide their true identity from their victims...

Read on of the facts and details and judge for yourself - sounds like there is a mental case on the loose (or maybe just a frustrated, failure of an actor or model who wants the rest of us to fail?)! Or maybe someone even more sinister

So outrageous are the claims of this perpetrator that are listed in the modelingscams.com' website are the top three largest and most influential and reputable agencies in the world!: Karin, Ford Model Management, and Elite Model Management. (see list below, of few more reputable entities or individuals featured on his site).

The modelingscams.com' website attempted to gain credibility by supposedly quoting unnamed "alleged victims" - and if they are real quotes, they are using the same website (source) as the sole reference to the legitimacy of the company in question (not a biased approach to say the least)! Some of the quotes read like consumers who had buyers remorse while others simply use this website as the reason they concluded the company was a scam.'

Published throughout the website were unsubstantiated heresy and stories that cannot be concluded as credible when the authors of these short stories are not properly identified (contact information, first and last name) NOR is the author of the website identified that supposedly posts these true' stories on the internet. Now how believable can that be?

This mysterious website writer, publishes his/her stories in such a way that attempts to make people believe that he/she is some kind of an investigator. Of course the nave and unsuspecting will conclude as such! "Oh thank you modeling scams.com for proving to me that this business is full of scammers. blah blah blah" Probably this individual is hoping that the people who don't understand the industry at all will believe he/she is some kind of an official institute.

The purpose of this website appears in most cases to be to falsely accuse, slander, tortuous and abuse others.

Obviously he/she has a hidden agenda. Are we talking about a frustrated actor or model? A frustrated wannabe investigator? Possibly a zealous or religious parent who did in fact get scammed' by an unscrupulous operator and now thinks everyone in the industry is destined for the gates of hell? The most disturbing and sinister scenario would be someone in' the industry looking to bash the rest of the companies in the industry and then point to their clients and say, look us up in modelingscams.com - we aren't listed there any that is the proof that we're legitimate' One thing is for sure, this person at modelingscams.com does not have a life.

This site was shut down at least 13 times by the various hosting companies that have hosted the site. Why? For violations of the USER AGREEMENT. One hosting company even went so far as to suggested to ME to report this perpetrator to the FBI for his/her illegal activity.

The site's domain name ( MODELINGSCAMS.COM) is registered under a fake name of Jim Hunter in the island of Curaao, Netherlands Antilles in the Caribbean sea (some kind of tax shelter island for people who want to hide things, how legit is that?)... When the domain name and number listed was called (Jim Hunter 011-599-986-41233), it rang at a hotel and Jim Hunter IS IN FACT A REAL MANAGER OF THIS HOTEL. However, Mr. Hunter stated emphatically that the site is not his, has no knowledge of its existence and asked not to be bothered again by me with questions.

Below is a list of some of the domain fronts that this perpetrator has used as she/he attempted to scam the hosting companies by violating their agreement and impersonating someone else,- each time using a different fake user name and IP address.

MODELINGSCAMS.COM was hosted using these fronts and shut down as follows:

angelfire.com/space/modelingscams up until 3/30/03 then shutdown by the hosting company due to violation of the user agreement.

min.itgo.com up until approximately 4/30/03 then shutdown by the hosting company due to violation of the user agreement.

modelingscams.itgo.com shutdown on 5/30/03 by the hosting company due to violation of the user agreement.

money2003.8m.com shutdown on 6/3/03 by the hosting company due to violation of the user agreement.

4mg.8m.com shutdown on 6/4/03 by the hosting the company due to violation of the user agreement.

angelfire.com/retro2/m2 shutdown on 6/14/03 by the hosting company due to violation of the user agreement.

After being challenged dozens of times, modelingscams.com recently migrated to: ezbc.com calling him/herself: Easy Background Check. Instead of publishing all of the falsities directly online, he/she now emails the false reports' upon request from the public. The site's domain name ( EZBC.COM) is registered under a fake name of Jim Hunter in the island of Curaao, Netherlands Antilles in the Caribbean sea (some kind of tax shelter island for people who want to hide things)...

Modelingscams.com: The Great Internet Pretender and fighter of modeling scams when, in fact, is acting in violation and thus exactly like a scammer him/herself

Reportedly this perpetrator is busy full time emailing companies and individuals, accusing, harassing and threatening. She/He never signs her/his name and when she/he is challenged, never responds with naming their identity but becomes very irate and even more abusive.

After reading the FACTS above, I think it is fair to conclude that this person is very evasive knowing very well he/she is breaking the law and trying to avoid detection and prosecution.

If you would like to report harassment by this elusive character/perpetrator, please contact me by using the rebuttal box below.
