Recently, I purchased from ezchargers.com a IPhone 3g Premium Leather Case Black advertised to include belt clip(s), two where mentioned in the ad - a fix clip and 360 degree swivel, which were not sent with my purchase. You can view it for yourselves here: http://www.ezchargers.com/Default.asp?rfid=GB&prodid=33577546&gbid=EZ33577546-11023

I made several attempts to contact ezchargers.com to address this omission to rectify it and have not received any response to date.

I previously notified them that they should provide a telephone contact number for customer service issues, which was also ignored. Initially my order did not arrive in a timely manner, so I contacted them by email and their response was to tell me it was shipped to the address listed with my PayPal account.

Apparently my address had not been updated which caused part of the delay, after updating my address, I requested reshipment. I was then told I would have to pay an additional fee to have my purchase reshipped. I did so.

After a protracted period of waiting for my reshipped purchase to arrive, I again contacted sales@ezchargers.com to inquire as to the delay. They did not respond immediately to my email, which goes to pattern with this company. They have an arrogant manner which apparently does not like complaints and dismisses such by use of recrimination.

Since the Apple IPhone 3g is unique, and with the addition of the new model the 3Gs on June 17th and Apple's lowering of the 3g to $99.00 making it affordable to nearly everyone, my advice is to avoid this company like the plague. Not only are they unreliable but my package, when finally received, appeared to have been stomped which broke when crushed damaging the interior hard plastic in which it was original packaged. An act I'm not convinced was done by the post office in transit.

Ezchargers.com doesn't regard the customer and has no other form of communication except via email by which you my voice and address any problems that may arise with your order.

My belief and experience is this is used by ezchargers.com ostensibly to impede and mitigate accountability. To this end I have filed several formal "complaints of fraud" with the appropriate government agencies.
