Ezgreets.com is a ripoff I was told by the lady who duped me into joining the greeting card web site that they would email me before I had to renew so that I could discontinue the service if I wanted to.

They, however, did not send me a renewal email and instead sent me an email that said I was being billed. I did not wish to continue with the service so I sent an email asking for a refund and stating my unhappiness with the company.

I was sent back an email that said they did not know how I did not receive an email as they send all their customers one and the email may have been in my junk mail, spam mail, or I accidentally deleted it. They also said they were sorry I was unhappy but they would not refund my money and to have a nice day.

Well, I did check my junk, spam, and deleted mail and did not find the email they supposedly sent and emailed them back stating so but have not received a reply.

I also feel that I was lied to when I signed up for the greeting cards in the first place as the lady said I had won two trips. She did not tell me that I would have to pay for transportation, food, taxes, and incidentals.

She led me to believe that I had actually won two trips and was not being conned into going to a sales presentation, which I found I would have to attend after I joined the site and went online to get my trip certificates. She even said I could sell the two trips if I didn't want to go, though I don't think anyone would buy a trip that they had to go to a sales presentation.

I know that I cannot afford to pay for the expense of going on these trips that I supposedly won, and had I known that I would have to pay for these trips I never would have joined their web site. I think they are a total rip off and hope know one is as stupid as I was to fall for their sham.
