EZINKJETS SENT WRONG CARTRIDGES, WON'T REFUND EVEN THO I RETURNED THEIR JUNK BACK AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. ripoff Internet
I ordered $30.00 worth of ink cartridges for my Lexmark printer. Received some weird cartridges made in China that would never have fit my printer. Sent them right back per instructions on the website.
Credit/Replacement never came. Called the company. Was told the company owner "only checks the company mailbox for returns once a month." "ONCE A MONTH!" Needless to say, never did receive reimbursement. This was in 2006. Sure wish I had seen this beforehand on "Rip-Offs". Could have saved my money, time and hassle. What a crook!
