Jennifer if it looks to good to be true it is. Most people are great, in the Internet age we have Rip Off Report to help others. Even here we have people like the two guys who are upset at me for helping people understand the scam. So much anger over $5.00 why?

I buy and sell on eBay only had one crook in hundreds of transactions. In over 30 years of business I have taken two bad checks and collected on both.

The world has changed over the last 100 years. Most would agree, not for the better.

But, unfortunately, few individuals have the power to reverse those changes.

So, all you can do is adapt.

Remember the dinosaurs? They couldn't adapt. Where are they now? Dead and gone.

It's up to you to see what is happening in the world and learn to adapt to it.

Like fraud. It's out there.

I can't stop it. Law enforcement can't stop it. This site can barely keep up with telling you about it.

So, the best you can do is learn to spot it and avoid it.

Just like dog crap on the sidewalk.

As you know, it's so much easier to avoid the crap that to try to scrape it off your shoe once you step in it.

I could explain all the factors that have either directly led to the decay in morality and honesty, or influenced it, but it would take ten pages to do that.

I will say this. You don't have to change for the worse.

You can maintain a high level of morality. You can keep your decency. You can try your best to find something of value to contribute to the world.

You don't have to resort to stealing and lying to get what you want.

But, you do need to learn how to watch out for the people who won't do that.

Here's a really hard question that nobody can answer. What would happen if nobody sent in any money for the free laptop?

#12Consumer Suggestion

Here is something that has been puzzling me for a very long time. Maybe somebody here has an answer to this.

What would happen if everybody ignored these sites that say free ipod, or free laptop?

They click on the site, and read about the free laptop. They see how many points it takes to get it.

But, instead of sending any money, they click the X in the upper corner and close the window.

In other words, what would happen if nobody actually believed in a free laptop?

And, what would happen if nobody actually sent in any money?

The site would still get a lot of traffic. So, it would cost the owner a lot for hosting and bandwidth fees.

But, he wouldn't get a dime from anyone.

I wonder, how long would he keep the site up?

A month, two months, three? A year?

When the site owner realized that it wasn't working, would he try something else?

Maybe, free plasma TVs?

But, what if nobody sent any money in for the TVs either?

In other words, how long would a scammer keep paying his money to make fake sites if they never made money?

This is what I'm not sure of. Perhaps, some of you have an answer to this.

How long would a scammer pay to keep a site up if nobody ever sent him any money?

What do you all think?

Mislead perhaps Riped Off no so sorry

There are so many Rip Off reports about EZ laptop that I just have to point out a few things it may help you understand and not get fooled once more.

1) You paid $5.00 for ebooks NOT $5.00 for a chance at a laptop for credits.
2) If you did not download and use your $5.00 worth of ebooks then you have only yourself to kick.
3) If the ebooks were not worth $5.00 the time to demand a refund (which they never would have given) was long ago.

"i thought a laptop at that price and what u had to do seemed fair i payed the money earned the credits" There was no laptop at that price the laptop was to be a free giveaway for reading spam it had nothing to do with the $5.00 you paid for ebooks.

Hope that helps.
