Purchased a 10K Gold 5CT Diamond Tennis Bracelet NR (Item#4102076252), which I won through e-bay on March 29, 2004. Paid "jewelrybyezra" $378.61 -which cleared through paypal on March 31, 2004. Received my bracelet April 21, 2004 - which took many e-mails to the seller before shipping out. I was not happy with the quality of the bracelet, it was not the quality stated in the auction, had very visible black spots on every diamond. Shipped back to them on 4/22 via UPS Certified/Overnight, Jewelrybyezry received bracelet on 4/23 9:08 a.m. signed by Luciano. Finally received my refund of $315.91 May 7, 2004, not my total amount of $378.61 due to a 15% restocking fee. On the policy on e-bay from jewelrybyezry: Satisfaction is 100% gauranted, Item description: This exquisit bracelet has beautiful diamonds, all precision setting in a lovely gold setting. Breathtakingly crafted by master jewelers, this magnificent piece is sure to leave a lasting impression all those who see it. Return policy: Your satification is important to us. There is also a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective or not as described - which the diamond bracelet had all black spots through out the entire bracelet - was definetly a joke. I filed a complaint with e-bay and also with a complaint website, jewelrybyezra finally responded and refunded only $315.91, lost $55.75 - through speaking with other e-bayers that have not received any monies at all from them, I accepted under protest as I felt I would not receive any money at all. I feel that they should be reported so that other people are not scammed by them -it's been a very upsetting and the worst experience I've ever had on e-bay. I hope something can be done. This is just one more example of the thievery and fraud committed by jewelrybyezra on a daily basis.

Hundreds and hundreds of negative feedbacks along with thousands of suspected shill feedbacks.

If eBay does not put a stop to this type of theft, it will eventually reduce eBay to nothing more than a marketplace for common criminals.

BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
