This company advertises various items online. I ordered a bike bag for my mom's Christmas present in early December. I made the terrible mistake of paying using my debit card. I was not made aware of any tracking info and of course the item never made it to her. 

I have had a dozen or more email exchanges with this company asking to either be refunded or have another item sent. I kept getting responses and even was given a fake tracking number at one point. Two months have gone by now and no item nor refund. This is clearly a sham operation and I wanted to get the word out to not engage with them. It's a huge waste of time and money.

Using a debit card for less than $50 evidently means you get no fraud protection of any kind, which I'm sure this "company" knew when they saw it come through.
