Complaint Review: F G Pools And Spas

When you buy a pool from this loyal place.... ask them..If the pool liner blows after one year who pays for the water for the entire pool, and the new installation of the new liner ? when these's great people FRED AND FAMILY.. tell you they will.... They are lying..Im a single women with only my sons in the front line and I like to leave them alone do to they have theirs lives to live... so I go ahead just ask them where to go buy a pool ?, My sons says go to this place and ask for fred all is well he sells me a nice pool very very happy enjoyed it over the summer ....Well over the winter I look out the back yard and my pool is about to cave in, I call my sons they look at it and we have to wait till the winter goes ways to see what happen..... well 2 weeks ago I find out that the pool liner blows out in the seam...mauf defect by the company they give me a new liner no help with FRED AND FAMILY.. ....I call Fred and His FAMILY and try to explain to him what happen he tells me .."I only covering what the liner company providing ...So now I have to pay someone to install the liner and put $500.00 of new water in the pool

Thanks fred for caring for me I had a pool for 25 years and I buys yours and only last a year ...Good luck on screwing other family's cause When I get down talking about your business to many people I know including my sons You lose my than sales than if you did the right thing!
