Jay goes to new businesses and offers promotional items. He's an older man and comes across very nice. He stopped by our office about 4 times before I decided to place a custom label order. He writes up the work order takes 50% deposit and leaves. When you call to follow-up on the order he calls back and claims the order is running a little late and he's out of town. It's been almost a month since he took our order and money. I continured to call him for about a couple of months before I filed a complaint with the City of Huntington Beach because Santa Ana wouldn't take it (since our office was located in Santa Ana, CA). Filed a complaint with Wells Fargo Legal Dept too. Not much help from the local police department they said to go to Huntington Beach, Huntington Beach to me to go to Santa Ana and this is why it's so easy for this crook to get away with taking our money. What I learned is DO NOT buy from anyone that walks into your office unless you've contacted them.
