F L A Contractors Frankie Anderson Libbi Cohen Alex Will not honor warranty on A/C unit purchased from them St Petersburg Florida
In May 2018 I puechased a used Central Air unit fro FLA contractors with a 30 day warranty. 15 days after buying the unit it stopped working, After some back and forth wiith Libbi Cohen,,,(also identifies herself as Alex) and attempting to reach frankie anderson I was told a replacement motor would be provided... that was May.... It's August.... no motor.... Will NOT answer phone (caller I D) full voicemail so I can't leave a message. These people have no interest in customer service... they just want your money..... RUN...
