A college-aged guy by the name of Kevin Crisner or Crisher came by my apartment selling magazines for a supposable "trip". Being a college student myself, I get how honest people actually do this kind of stuff to fundraise for trips. He seemed really genuine and almost helpful, telling me I could change the address to my home address when I left school. He told me to go to www.alwayshelpingpeople,llc.com and I could change my subscription there. Come to find there is no such website or no company by the name of F.N.T. INC. to be found and then I read about other people who have been ripped off this way.
The stupid thing is I have never bought from people who were selling magazines before and would usually shew them off..of course I fall for the scam. I wrote a check for 32 bucks, and it was cashed and now there is no way to get a hold of the company or the guy who sold this to me.
