Complaint Review: F.N.T.Inc Or Always Helping PeopleLLC

A gentleman by the name of James Johnson came to my door selling magazines at a discounted rate. I paid for two magazine subscriptions in the amount of $72.00. $20.00 cash and a check for $54.00. I was suppose to get the magazines in 120 to 160 days that vwas a year ago still nothing! But my check was cashed and my money gone.I called information and they had no phone number for any people or company, so I guess I am out $74.00? Is there anything I can do about this? He said it was a contest for a colledge trip... the more points he got.. the better the trip. I think what he meant to say is gimme your money so I can go on a trip at your expense! I still have all receipts for the transaction. I just don't have a phone number or web address. I have a pretty good description of the fellow that took my money and would recognize him in a heart beat.He is a white-haired almost albino looking kid between the ages of 19 and 23 I would say. He also likes to joke alot. he's a real smooth talker!! I was gonna back out but felt sorry for the kid after he told me his colledge trip sobbing story.
