Complaint Review: F.R.C.

Firts I would like to say thank you, this sight saved me from dealing with morons and their crap. The post card showed up in the mail and i looked at it, wondering what my Good News could be. Note the pointless capitalization, same as the post card. They wanted me to call a "toll free" number beginning with 1-888 and I do not think that is free. It looks rather official but the format is not typical of a business, looks like a kid put it together. Punctuation is missing and the hours say "Monday thru Friday, 10am-8:30pm EST. I currently don't know of any businesses that work that late all week. I almost called the number but then I thought why not look it up first and see if this is legit. Luckily I found this site and saved myself a whole lot of trouble. I hope this helps other people from getting sucked into that crap. Thanks again.
