F&S Electronics RipOff, bad service, did not fix problem, NO Refund Mesa Arizona

This company came out and said they fixed our TV 10/4/2008. They gave us a 90 day warranty on the repair. They tried to charge us $400.00 for the repair but never gave me a estiment, I replied I think that is a little steep so we worked it out to $250.00 for the full repairs. Two weeks later the same problem was happening. We called them to come back out and on two different occasions they failed to show.

After several phone calls (10-15) and 3 months, the owner finally came out to do the warranty work. He said that it was fixed but might act up. It is still broken at this time 1/24/2009. When I asked him about the problem he replied well I came to do the repairs for the warranty we offered, I did the repairs so well are all done. When I replied but it is not fixed! He replied thats not my problem.
