This person operates under various names, all claiming to be an Attorney or to work at a Law firm. There are hundreds of reports online where this person, usually under the name Fabian Cole, Jeff Morgan, or Keven Petersen, sends a very long email claiming that a warrent has been made for your arrest and that to prevent the warrent from being issued you must send them a payment via MoneyGram or through a Credit/Debit card.

The emails which are sent, and which was sent to me, included my name and a social security number (in my case the social security number was wrong) accompanied by the claim that I had defrauded a Payday loan company. Fabian Cole claimed in the email to be an Attorney representing "Ace Cash, Cash NET USA, Green Cash, Cash and Go, Lend Up, Speedy Cash, US Cash, Green Money, Cash Advance, Check 'n Go".

The most important information, such as my name, purported social security number, and my purported state of residence, all appear in bold whereas the rest of the email is in regular type. This suggests he is using an email template. Based upon the many other complains online he sends out the same message but changes the amount of money owed, and how much must be sent to him.

No collection agency has the ability or legal authority to put a warrant on a person, and no Attorney sends an email from AOL, GMAIL, YAHOO, or any other free email service. No Attorney has an email address with numbers in it - a true attorney uses an email address from an established law firm with a website and searchable phone number, and the attorney uses his personal name in full without numbers for his address.

This person is attempting to scam thousands of people out of money by scaring them and threatning them with false information.

A call to the local police department confirms that this is a scam and that it should be reported.

The scary thing is that these sorts of scams work on many people, and especially the elderly. NEVER reply to an email you receive from Fabian Cole. Ignore it and nothing will happen because he is committing a crime on a national scale.
