Fabletics Fabletics charges credit card monthly and fails to refund money despite promises to do so Internet

My daughter purchased products from Fabletics Fitness clothing on the internet.  The items were delivered as promised.  However, Fabletics continued to charge my card for 49.00 every month.  No merchandise accompanied the charges.  I did not notice the charges until  several months and I disputed them with my credit card company.  Fabletics maintained that my daughter had enrolled in a VIP program whereby they charge my credit card monthly regardless of whether items were ordered.  My credit card company called customer service and the agent indicated that my card would be credited for 250.00 for the monthly charges.  After several weeks, with no credit, I called Fabletics and they stated they were not going to issue a credit.  I asked for a superivsor and explained that the previous agent had assured me and my credit card company that the I would be credited.  It is really too bad that this company has to resort to bogus monthly charges and horrible customer service.  I would likely have been a return customer had they not chosen to operate in this manner.
