When I cancelled my subscription two months ago I was told I has a $49.95 credit. When I used the credit it reopened the account. When I called to ask why the account reopened I was told that I reopened it when I used the credit as a VIP purchase.

Asked that the account be closed again. Was told that the account would have a $49.95 credit for me to use in the future. This will be perpetual. Cutting my loss to the $49.95.
