I had ordered a tweed winter hat that was supposed to be made in the UK. From a website with the address "fablifecoaching.co.uk". I figured UK website, UK hat it must be legit. So I placed the order which was £21.99 with £9.99 shipping to the U.S.. This was a little cheaper than most sites, but I didn't think anything of it. It ended up being about $50.00. So I received a tracking number and it showed that the package was coming from China. At this point I knew I was scammed, but still trying to be optimistic. The package showed up and sure enough it contained a paper hat. The tag inside said two things "100% paper" and "China". So I emailed there customer service and looked at their return and exchange policy. I followed the exchange policy instructions and sent pictures and a description, wanting to send back the hat I got and find out what happened to the hat I ordered. I did not receive an email back for about a week and I had sent 3 during that time. When I did get an email back it said "hi, so sorry our manager can't agree that, as we have spent a lot of shipping fee and item cost, so we hope u can accept 10% of your order amount, thx." Which, sounds like some stereotypical broken English from a Chinese person. So I called my credit card company and they're sending me a fraud report form and will apparently be removing this charge.
