The TV advertisement makes customers believe this is a legitimate company and a powerful product to eliminate a disgusting problem that has unfortunately become very popular now this days.  Unfortunately, this company intends to scam people by charging an express shipment fee offered as a FEDEX shipment that doubles the cost of the purchase, after they have received the payment the customer receives a false USPS tracking number via e-mail which is obviously not traceable via USPS.  Their customer service 1-800 number has no way to contact a representative from the company and instead it has a recording that keeps repeating the false confirmation number over and over again.

After a month of going through this drill, I decided to dispute the charges to my credit card and within three days I received a box with the so promised product along with an e-mail confirmation offering an apology for the delay due to "Backorder issues" and the correct tracking number.  My advise, do not let them get away with the scam, if you have receive a false confirmation number and waited for more than a week to receive your product, dispute the charges immediately and you will see how fast that makes them send you a product.  After going through that experience, I will not purchase any more of this product, and  I even now question the quality or effectiveness of such a product.

Absolutely unbelievable what some people do for money now these days! HONESTY IS NOT LONGER THE BEST POLICY :(
