I ordered Crackle nail polish from this company on September 16th. On September 27th I called them to see why I had not received it they stated it had not been shipped and I later received a email stating it had been shipped that same day. I emailed them on October 12 as I still had not received it. I received a email from them on October 14th stating that sometimes at the post office it takes awhile to ship when they receive alot of packages. I called them again on October 24th and they said that I should have received it and will send out another and talk to their manager to see if they can get it expedited. Still have not received it and tried to call them today and the number is disconnected or changed. Needless to say I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with them.
