Complaint Review: Fabulous Nails

I used a Savemore.com voucher to purchase ONE nail polish from Fabulous Nails (fabulousnails.com). I placed the order in early September. After 3 weeks, I emailed them to inquire about the status of my order and received this:

"Hello,

Thanks for shopping with us. Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days from the time you placed your order. We are experiencing a slight delay and are working to ship out your order as soon as possible. We will update you via email once we send out your order. Should you have any questions or concerns; please feel free to contact us back. Have a wonderful day!"

I received a shipping confirmation later that day. Another 3 weeks passed, and I again emailed them at their customer service address to let them know that I still have not gotten anything from them, and they sent this:

"Hello,

We have researched your order and it shows it was shipped as of 9/28. Our Shipping department is not showing any returns. Since you did not receive your order, we will reship your order. We have notified our shipping department to process a new order for you. Thanks so much for your patience, have a wonderful day."

I have not received a shipping confirmation, nor have I received my order. This is a waste of time. That I have waited 2 months for an internet order is completely ridiculous, and I have emailed them again about getting my money back. Looking at their Facebook page, all anyone has to say is that they are a shady company who sends out crappy, cheap and readily available products.
